Our Culture

We empower our employees, at every level, to share their thoughts because everyone contributes to our company’s success. At VISION EASE, you’ll be exposed to various opportunities that impact the full depth of our business. To reach common goals, we work as a team, venturing into often-uncharted territories, as we investigate the best solutions for our customers. You’ll learn from others who are smart, motivated, supportive, open-minded, open to teaching and open to learning from you.

Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity is essential to our success. As we seek out innovative ideas, we look for people who can keep us thinking in all directions. Diversity at VISION EASE is not only reflected in the various cultural backgrounds of our employees, but also the variety of knowledge and experiences that each employee brings to the team. We embrace different perspectives and encourage an environment that allows you to share your expertise to move the business forward.

Work-life Balance

We want our employees to be successful in both their professional and personal lives. We offer flexibility and competitive benefit plans to help employees and their families maintain good mental and physical health. Benefit plans through VISION EASE include medical, dental, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, bonus pay, tuition reimbursement and more. Additionally, we have an employee-run Employee Activities Committee that organizes events that promote fun, work-life balance and wellness.

Social Responsibility

We actively seek to build a better society and community as part of our company purpose. This includes taking care of our physical environment. In fact, our plant in Ramsey, Minnesota, is powered with 100% renewable energy. At various times, we’ve earned a spot on the Fortune 500 Green Power Partners. Many employees are also involved in projects with the local community, such as Habitat for Humanity and United Way.
