Six steps to quality
At VISION EASE, we follow a stringent six-step process to ensure your lenses are flawless:
- Rx order verification – We start by double checking your prescription, to confirm that it is accurate.
- Pre-process lens inspection – We check for any flaws prior to processing.
- Post-surfacing lens inspection – We check for optics, cosmetics, edge and center thickness per applicable ISO and ANSI standards, most notably ANSI Z80, 1-2010, ISO 8980-1/2004 and 8980-2/2004.
- Post-hard coating inspection – We check for defects prior to multi-layer AR application.
- Post AR inspection – We check for reflected color hue, light transmission and reflectivity.
- Final cosmetic inspection – Once your lenses pass final inspection, they’re packaged and shipped to your door.
